I am not only a baby sleep consultant but also provide practical and encouraging solutions to everyday challenges, taking into consideration your point of view as well as the emotional, physical, developmental and spiritual needs of your baby.
From the prenatal period of setting up your nursery, figuring out what you actually need and talking through your fears, I’ll help you to feel fully prepared.
The postnatal period or “fourth trimester” is all about bonding with baby, newborn sleep routine, settling baby into life after birth, and normalising newborn behaviours. Your baby is an individual from day one, they won’t always be a ‘textbook baby.’ I can offer you the space you need as well as some tips and advice for keeping your relationship with your partner strong and making time for yourself too. I’ll help you troubleshoot everyday issues that may come up and I’ll provide you with the best advice and resources without the need to Google a thing!
I am also ready to assist with life beyond the newborn period where routine, weaning and development become the focus. I offer support to help siblings adjust as well as positive discipline and Montessori learning approaches to help your little one flourish.

The Two Week Support Package
For the parent looking to have extended support!
What’s Included?
Two 60 minute zoom calls on a weekly basis spread over the length of the package (one at the beginning, with the second a week later) as well as a 30 minute zoom call at the end of the two weeks. Customised notes after each call plus summary notes at the end which include tips useful for the future months. These notes will be sent out to you within 24 hours of each call. Between calls, email, txt and phone support is available to you Monday – Saturday between the hours of 9am and 7pm throughout the entire package.

The Four Week Support Package
For the parent wanting a full month of support – great for the early months, it’s like having a Baby Care Specialist in your pocket!
Four 60 minute zoom calls on a weekly basis spread over the length of the package (one at the beginning, and weekly after that) as well as a 30 minute zoom call at the end of the four weeks (which can take place up to one week after we have completed the package). Customised notes after each call plus summary notes at the end which include tips useful for the future months. These notes will be sent out to you within 24 hours of each call. Between calls, email, txt and phone support is available to you Monday – Saturday between the hours of 7am and 8pm throughout the entire package.

The Process
01. Questionnaire
Let’s hit the ground running! Prior to the first call, I will provide a questionnaire for you to complete. In order to make the most of our time together, I get all needed information ahead of time.
02. Consultation
Grab a cup of coffee, find a comfy spot and let’s chat. During our call I will answer all your questions and offer advice based on the information you provided and your stated goals.
Length/amount of calls varied based on package selection.
03. Custom notes
Baby brain is a thing!
After every call you will receive custom notes that outline the topics we have discussed as well as tips to put everything we discussed into practice.
04. Follow up call
At the end of the package, we will have a final 30 minute call. During this call I will answer any final questions as well as discussing the changes we have implemented.
05. Final notes
On completion of your support package, I will provide you with summary notes outlining our journey together as well as some tips and tricks that will be useful to you in the coming months.
